Refunds & Returns

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your order is incorrect, damaged, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality, please contact us as soon as possible with details and, where possible, photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections made by the customer, or where the product has been consumed, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
